If you have Windows XP, you have Windows Movie Maker. If you can see your video from you camera on your PC, you should be able to import or capture it in Movie Maker. Edit it and save it as a windows media video(.WMV) file. Watch the file size. You will have options toselect fromthat compresses the file more or less.
