RE: 22 hornet
I shot a largeOhio coyote at exactly 59 yards. It was afacing shot when he froze to look at my decoy. I know I hit him at the base of the neck and entered the chest with the factory, 46 grain hollow point. He spun like a top three times and ran off at about 35MPH. There was no blood trail. I tracked the coyote for over 100 yards and lost the track. For me the jury is still out on my continued use of the .22 Hornet instead of my .243.
