I have a Jelly head in my Rem 870 SPS-T and the patterning of Hevi-shot was horrible. I was shooting 3.5" Hevi 13s, #5 shot and I was only getting a decent amount of pellets in the brain / vertebrea from 30 yards max. I switched to Federal flight control 3.5" #5 shot and I am good out to 50 yards with the same choke. The federals only cost $10 a box, too. I didn't, however, try a whole lot of hevishot brands...just the Hevi 13s (that may have been my problem). For this season I a just sticking with the Federals and I will play more with different shots sizes / chokes during the summer time. I plan on trying the undertaker choke with the Hevishot, as I hear good things about that combo as well. Just my two cents...
