I'm curious if anyone has heard how the DECALS system of reporting harvested deer worked out this year in NY. Alot of people I know, did not call in their kills, (lost the 1" x 1" tag in the snow, forgot, didn't understand, etc, etc.)

Has anyone heard of any information out of Albany?
