A voluntary database for each state
Consider asking your membership if they might like to voluntarily subscribe to a database of fellow members in their state.
I can think ofnumerous advantages in having a database of members by state. The obviousplus is that members could develop a "buddy list" of contacts for hunting and fishing close to home. One specific to the list may includeinterestsin hunting with shotgun, rifle, muzzleloader, pistol, or bow. Another specific could define the type of game members hunt and preferences, if any, for the type offishing they enjoy.
This arrangement could stimulate purchasing goods and servicesafter using and testing the same with the buddy. For instance,I may use an 870 combination for deer and turkey but after firing Fred's 1187 decide to get me one. Sportsmen and women who travel to other states would have a roster of people to contact for information on fish and game and also on lodging, and outfitters. Providers of goods and services would enjoy a receptive market open to updateson sale or discontinued goods and additional services available.
There must be other advantages not mentioned above as well. Think about it.
