RE: Chek-Mate arrow speed?
I have both the 62" crusader 60# at 29" and a hunter 2 with 60# and 73# limbs both at 29". The Crusader will shoot a 31" 2216 at 178fps, and a 29.5" 2020 at 175fps. The hunter 2 with 600gr 2020 at 60lbs was 185fps and the 73# limbs shot a 680gr 2219 at 193fps. There really isn't a lot of performance difference between the crusader and the hunter 2. More that just the speed of the crusader is that it is one of the smoothest bows I have ever drawn, shoots extremely well and is dead quiet.
