If I get a chance later in the morning I'll try to get some pictures and show you what I mean. The lock with the verticle hammer spur has a much shorter throw than the older lock. I have three of them, one in two of three Renegades now and I put one in my Lyman Trade Rifle also. Might even be able to get a picture of the part in the lock mechanism that maes the difference...

And I agree I sure like looking at them...
