Yal know I have been shooting a Renegade the last week or so since I got the e-bay barrel. Well, I really like shooting that Renegade stock and Yeoman pointed out the recoil impact. Well neither of the two really bother me recoil wise but the shoulder bruise after shootin the Hawkin is definitely there - so after contemplating some thoughts generated by Yeoman I decide to make the switch...

In the top pick you see the GM SS barrel installed in the Hawken stock and the Renegadeunder it has the Hawken barrel in it that came in the Hawken stock, both barrels being 50 cal. The original Hawken barrel has been shot a total of 23 times and is excellent shape, I kinda have been saving it - do not ask me why.... Well 2+2='s 4 - so I made the switc back the other way - bottom picture... I took the fast lock from the Hawhen and the SS barrel and dropped them into the Renegade... put the original Hawken back together.

With this setup I can shoot the Renegade SS barrel all day... I am proud of myself for thinking this all out... with Yeoman's help
