I've had two Browning BLR 81's and can testify to you that they are about as fine a "walking around the woods" gun as money can buy. I did find a gunsmith in California who could work on the trigger and he adjusted it for me and made it adequate. I gave one to my brother (a 7mm-08) and I sold mine (a .284 Win).
