I think they are more useful at attracting other hunters than turkey's. Although, if you have one of those full strut decoys, who knows. I make a gobble on a mouth call, and it has in fact, netted my party one turkey...although it was a Rio...and compared to the Easterns we usually hunt, Rio's are pretty easy. Just depends where you hunt.
