BW I think "fair chase" implys no high fence hunting ..nothing that restricts the animals movement...sure if you pay to go on a hunt and your lucky enough to harvest a "book" animal it would qualify for B&C as long as it was a "fair chace" situation ... for instanceIm not even sure that you can enter a animal taken while using dogs where it is legal ...but I am sure you can't behind a high fence ...but I do not profess to be the B&C athority on here ...
