Can anyone tell me why the list of results from the past few years on the IBO website for the World Championship doesn't list anyone from the Northwest as participants? Is it that the top 20 shooters in the qualifier shoots were just apatheticabout travelling across the country to compete at the World Championship, or is there another piece to the puzzle that I am missing? I am new to the 3D shooting but have been bowhunting for years, so I'm not sure how the structure of these events is laid out. I plan on shooting in a qualifier in the Hunter Class, and I think it would be a grand adventure to qualify and compete in the World Chamionship, but I can't figure out why no one else from this part of the nation would feel the same passion, so I am assuming that the state qualifier shoots are not the only entrance requirement to the World Championship.
