Kids are great!

Both my daughters 10 & 11 love watching the skinning and butchering, have since they could walk. My youngest says watching me cut the windpipe out of the neck is her favorite part. She never misses that.

My 15 year old son signs "Good Eats" everytime he sees one hanging.
