Don't be misled. Non-sabot ammunition has been being shot out of rifled barrels for a very, very long time. Revolvers, pistols & rifles. And like any of these other firearms, you just clean the barrel. Heck my 12 gauge H&R shoots Remington Sluggers really well, too.
