So the cases are already primed? If not, then run the steel wool over the case after you trimmed the cases to lenth while still chucked up. If they are already primed, then as long as the primers arent sticking out any you should be plenty safe otherwise you will just have to be careful not to be bumping the case while dragging the steel wool accross it.
