I got started in archery in themid 60's. Shot a Herter's (anyone else remember them?)
WELCOME!

Wow! Another old fart like me!GN, the first ammo press and dies i had were Herters!Somewherein my many, many, many Books, Manuals and Arms company Brochures of the early 60's, I have a couple of early 60's Herters Catalogs.

Welcome to the forum GNero, That makes 3 old farts, your story sounds like mine even the same timelines. I started out with a Shakespear recurve in the sixities then went to a compound in the seventies, me and Arther started running around together in the eighties, I held him off till 2002 before he whooped my ---. I got my handicap permit in 03 and joined the excalibur forum to get my training wheels. Alot of us have been where you are now. These old and young farts will help you on your journey. PS REb I still have some of the Herters hand loaders cost $5.98
