i just told you what you need to know. besides colors!

JIGS:
cloudy day with clear water - black and blue
partly cloudy day w/ clear water - pumpkinseed
sunny day - match the color of the bottom

you can use most color that look like baitfish and other creatures found in the area. and use bait that resemble wierd creatures (monsters) around 4-7 inches. use lots of jigs and suspending jerkbaits. dont make your lure move fast, because in the winter the fish move a lot slower and wont bite becuase they will think something up. fish about 5-10 feet off the bottom or in submerged trees, grass, rocks, drop offs, ridges, and other underwater structures. it all depends on the conditions.
