RE: knight rifles
I need to agree with Wolfhound on his observation's with the Knight Rifles. I own a Disc and a Wolverine. There is no way I would part with either of them. I do not own an Omega. Only because after getting the Knight Disc, I could not fathom a rifle shooting better then my Disc Rifle.
The plastic loading primer holder is actually I feel a good thing. For instance on my other inlines I have to carry a tool to cap them, and a tool to un cap the primer out of them. With the Disc, I put it in, and after fired it will roll right back out of the action. Blow back to me is not a big deal. It means I have a little more to clean at the end of the day is all.
Also I think too much is placed on barrel length. My Wolverine is a 22 inch barrel and it will shoot with the best of the long barrel inline rifles. My Disc is a 26 inch barrel and again, I'd hunt anywhere any thing with that rifle. While I am sure the Omega is a great rifle, as I own a Black Diamond XR and it is a great rifle, I sure would not sell the Knight down the river too fast.
