I have the same setup with a 22" barrel. The mail end of the wrench removes the breechplug. The ramrod on mine moves out an inch or two each time I shoot it, but I haven't let it bother me. I have not really found a combination that the gun likes, however, I did take a doe with 92 grains of T7 and a 275 grain powerbelt this fall. The power is certainly there, though I limited myself to a shortrange shot.
