Just opened the box to my 1st ML, a Magbolt 150/26 .45. Per the instructions, the nipple should be removed by inserting the slotted end of the supplied wrench into the receiver however I can not get this end to engage. The screwdriver end does engage and allow removal of the breech plug. What am I missing?

Also, I noticed the ramrod fits rather loosely inside the forarm, any suggestions?
