GT, no typo's, lol. What I was referring to is performance [fps] My Emax w/ FFF string and 431 gr arrows now shoots the same fps as an Exocet w/ 360 gr arrows [330 fps] My Phoenix w/ same 431 gr arrows now shoots the same as a Vixen [286 fps] w/ stock 360 gr arrows. My friends Exocet w/ 431 gr arrows is at just over 300 fps w/ Excel string. All of the newer risers and limbs are the same on at least my Phoenix, Emax and friends Ecet. Only the rail length changes, which changes power stroke and poundage. I never did care for any Excal w/ FFF string and the stock 360 gr arrows, which is needed to get the un-needed max fps, lol. I'd advise any new Excal owner to at least try a heavier arrow or go to a dacron string each of which seems to me to accomplish the same thing.
