I just got off the phone with the friend of mine who knows the guy we had to leave behind. I called my friend because I know the person with problems did go elk hunting in 2006. My friend tells me that his buddy went to the lawyer and got that charge expunged. I guess it was to have come off but for some reason it didn't once he had it expunged there were no problems with him going into Canada in 2006. He said the guy told him it cost about $350.00 to get it done.
