Slipped while climbing a ravine in the darkon my way to a treestand during the last two days of bow season. Leg went under me asI was falling backwards and I twisted my leg under me and broke my ankle. No great story, freak accident and my 1st broken bone. Had to crawl on my hands and knees a 1/8 of a mile out to the truck. Wife carried my bow and backpack while my brother-in-law and buddy cleared sticks and debris to make it easier for me to crawl out.Take it easy. Thanks again everybody for the birthday wishes. Snowstorm has really kicked in now.
