RE: The Horton and Ten Point Videos!
I don't mind the use on just one crossbow; but, I do prefer the non-perfect hunting situations. Not everyone makes a perfect shot. Not everyone makes a killing shot. Not everyone connects with every shot. What was the mistake? What could have been done to correct it?
The 1st deer i shot at with my crossbow, I didn't pay attention to where my limbs were and I slappped a tree next to my stand with the left limb and it caused a deflection of the bolt just enough so I watch it impact right along side the deer. Now I pay close attention as to what is close to my limbs and keep them clear.
There was one hunt for turkeys where there was a line attached to the bolt and came back to the crossbow. An explanation of that technique would have been great as to why and how come.
I'm not complaining! Seeing videos of crossbow hunts was enjoyable. I'd just like to see them done a little better with more who, when , where, why, and how come in them.
