After contacting B&J's and Hopkins about the early season I found that both places are booked solid for the next year and they doubted that I would have an opportunity in the near future to hunt with them. They give whoever hunts with them in the early season the opportunity to rebook for the following year and both places told me that the previous hunters never turn the following year down. I was just looking for a place close to home, that would allow me the opportunity to shoot a buck in the early season. I am not particulary looking for 140 class deer but I was just looking hopefully for a place to fill a tag and see deer.
