Default RE: Hunters respect with the outfitter equation added in...

ORIGINAL: buckeyebuckhntr

Again... I am not comparing one hunt to another.... I am asking if one respects anothers accomplishment equally if it was a guided or DIY hunt.

It was the basis for the entire post, is hunter A who uses a guide as respectable as hunter B who killed the deer with no help.Might not have been the intent of the post but its what it boils down to.
I am not talking about respecting the hunter. I respect all law abiding hunters, but rather the hunters accomplishment of taking the animal. Here let me quote myself.....
What level of respect do you give a hunter'saccomplishment(pro or not)who has taken P&Y +class buck(s) via an outfitter service?

With outfitters being jammed down our throat every time we watch a hunting program....... Is a P&Y a P&Y to you or is the accomplishment "cheapened" from it not being a DIY hunt?

What about a hammer someone takes from a buddies stand? Is thata tainted accomplishmentas well?

From a doctor Phils point of veiw , You are asking if the deer you shot while "The guide" that put the stand up was spending some sac timewith your#1 should be as respected as a deer you shot while your#1 did not use a guide. You sure shouldn't feel "cheapened" []
I think all deer shot in a free roaming area large enough that you can't see either the bait pile or the corner of the fence in the photo at the same time and that the hunter is not wearing a Wacem & Stacem hat is something to be proud of!!!!!!!!
Us hunters need to stick together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
