Default I need advice on fletching arrows

This is my first time here. I've been reading a lot of the posts and I appreciate your advice and help you give. I dip and crest my arrows. I have used aluminum shafts up till this past year with feathers. I switched to carbon shafts with vains. I also switched to a WB rest which I love. I now glue my vanes on with a the fast setting gel instead of fletch tite but I have had a problem with my vanes riping off because of the WB rest. Am I using the wrong glue or what? I prep my dipped shafts with denatured alcohol - can't use asetone because of the paint. I use an arizona E-Z fletcher. Oh, I also dab a drop of glue on the front and the back of the vane. Got any tips?
