Default Is my bow set at 65% or 75%?

The Vectrix just came in over the weekend and today I got to shoot it for the first time. What I don't know is where the let-off is set at. On the lower cam there are 2 threaded holes; next to one it says 65%; next to the other it says 75%. Nothing is screwed into either of those holes.Knowing nothing about bows, I presume that something has to be screwed into one of those holes and attached to the string to engage 65 or 75 percent?

When I ordered the bow, the shop owner asked if I wanted 65 or 80% let-off andI told him 80. That brings up another question: why doesthe 75% number appear on the cam when the Vectrix is only offered in 65and 80%?Now thatI got to shootthe bow for an hour, the let-off doesn't seem to be much different than my old 65% let-off Cybertec. I don't have theCybertec anymore to compare the two so how can I tell where my let-off is set at?
