bawanajim- You are correct that you can manage your own property anyway you see fit, even if its not sound management. - and if you do not think its an accomplishment to take doe - that's fine - its your property.
But - at the state level -there needs to be a real plan with populationgoals set.
As far as you against the "doe killers" - its too bad you feel that way - You don't seem to understand deer managament at any level other than for your own personal satisfaction.
