Vandalism used to be a problem. Its been years since we had a break in, thankfully. One year we got there the Friday before bear season to find the wood burner, and the hot water tank stolen. They were kind enough to drain the hot water tank out side. Needless to say, it was a cold bear season that year. We ended up getting two bears that year though
Lets just say you wouldn't want to break in there now, something could happen to the person that tries that
