RE: What do you think about T/C's new muzzleloader?
Underclocked, The KP1 is definately anice rifle, I also like the KRB7 it too is a nice rifle. It's about time knight dropped the whole primer disc/cap holder gimmick. I still am the proud owner of the original disc, it was the ground breaker for the 209 primer. But Knight lost me, when after years of product development, they still went with the primer holder (all the way to 2006), I thought it was a cheezy way to suck money out of your customers. They made tools to set the primer in their round discs, when all of their competitors went to just placing the 209 primer on the back of the breech plug!My newest addition to my ML collection is T/C's Omega laminated thumbhole stock. It's a beautiful gun, that has no blow back. That was another thing I didn't like on the Knight, the bottom of my scope always got burnt! Then you had a 1/2 hour process of taking the bolt apart, cleaning and oiling it. I'm glad they're finally catching up with the rest of the industry, and not rying to suck every last penny out of their consumer.................
