Cowboy I may have a couple of tracts East of DeFuniak Springs available next year (if they don't sell). One is 280 acres and the other is 123 acres at about $6/acre + insurance. The 280 hasn't been legally hunted in several years.
$6 an acre is very reasonable to me. and 123 acresor 280 acresis just what i am looking for.
Please keep me in mind when you get ready to offer it up for lease.It would be just me. I am looking for something with year round access but for that price i would settle for season only if that is what you would prefer.
