Bowhuntercop, I, and probably several of us diehard spring gobbler hunters could write pages and pages of do this and do that but if this happens then try that's.....learning where your hunting is a BIG plus, knowing where turkeys are is another BIG plus.....learn as much as you can from other turkey hunters, but the teachers are the strutting and gobbling toms that we're persuing....I learn a thing or two every year....Spring Gobbler hunting can be the most challenging, the most aggrevating, the most physically demanding, the most patience testing, the most humbling, but the most rewarding hunt there is...all in the same hour.

In our line of work, we must be able to play Dixie and the Battle Hym of the Republic, With Equal Enthusiasm.
