I just ran your specs through 'The Archery Program' and show the cx300 as pretty weak @ 30" 125grain and 65-67 pounds. I did a find arrow match and the best I can find for 30" and 100 grain to keep you over 400 grains is the Beman ICS Hawk 340. With 4" vanes and 100 grains up front you will have a finished arrow weight of 416 grains @ 30".
