Price Check?
Looking for a lease in Fl or Ga just got off the phone with a guy that wants 2,000. for 950 acres 6 to 8 people hunting it, only open for turkey and deer no year round hunting.
I turned it down should i have taken it? just seemed high price for no year round hunting. That figures up to a little over $16 an acre each for the 8 guys.
