Why would any company want an "air" gap?
I'm not sure where "air gap" came from but my Tribute looks to have about .025" to .030" of space between the inside surface of the limb and the cam at the outer circumfrence of the bow string track. I tried to push the cam over to make contact with the limb and it won't go,, mine's still good to go
I guess I made it the term "air gap"up. Not sure what else to call a void that lacks any material. I tried to push my camaway from the end cap and it WOULDN'T go

. I've got a "space" on one side and none on the other.
Won't stop me from pig hunting with it next week though

.
" Here piggy piggy, I gotsa a sharp stick for ya!"
Funny, during deer season I would rather not see any pigs. But now thatdeer season is over I can't wait to stick another porker with a slicktrick or phantom. I killed 6in 2006 with my Tribute, may the tally continue to rise!
Just for fun, check out these cutters-
And this sow-
As you can see I am more than happy with my Tribute, just looking for some space between my limb cap & cam.
We'll be on stand 5 days from now, just a little giddy on getting to go again.
Back to the thread- Muzzyman 88 is getting some new limbs
