Sproul, the area was fenced after 911 because it is a government contractor or something like that. The deer cannot get out and NO people are allowed in. They do not want to release the deer because the suburbs of Pittsburgh are already overrun with them. They simply have no choice but to cull some deer there and the public isn't allowed on the premises.
There is simply no choice here but what is going to transpire.
It's not too far from where I live.
This has nothing to do with GC policy. It is restricted FED controlled property.
