no dave, the spacer doesn't affect anything, and they're brand new limbs - i installed the spacers w/ the new limbs - so i wouldn't have to worry about it. if you remember, my issue wasn't the same as yours. my limb cap was rubbing into my cam. the spacer is backed at all points by the limb caps 'spacer' area, but doesn't allow the open edge of the cap to hit the cam any more - as it shouldn't.i understand there is something that is hard to accept here.
