Thanks for the feedback guys. Some of it resonates with what the dealer was saying about it and he sounded believable. Of course he is a questionable authority simply by being a Mathew’s dealer hence I am here to get unbiased opinions. I feel I must when considering such a purchase.

I admit I am loyal to Mathews, but I also rest in knowing they make a good product. From what the dealer said, I did feel that if I went in and shot itI would be whipping out my credit card.

Funny thing is, I haven't been in the new bow market for quite some time and things have changed a bit.One of my hunting partners is also getting a new bow (20 years with same bow, and frankly; he should have upgraded a long time ago). Anyway, he went to Bass Pro and looked at some of the bows there. I had always thought PSE was putting out models that ranked in the top 3 but I am not seeing that here. Interesting...
