How and the heck do u sour corn. do you just let it sit out or what.
Fill a 55gal Drum withhalf of water and half of Shelled Corn. Start it were the sun will shineon it most of the day. Put a cover on it and stir it once a week.
If you want it to turn to SourHominey Grit, pour a can of Red Devil Lye when you set it up.
You might add a case of CHEAP beer to the mix and a pound or two of brown sugar.Ferments nicely! Works for us.
