A good plot to do would to go and disk up the field then harrow it up. Then a plant alfalfa and clover and maybe a little corn in the corner or something like that then cut it down after a while so then it will get really strong and thick. Then for the fall and summer it will be able to make it threw the heat and the dry weather.
