muzzy, by all means keep us in the loop as to what is going on with your problem. I found no Bowtech bashing in any of your posts and a little info on how they react toowarrenty service is a good thing. If they produce a top end product and charge for a top end product you would expect good service. I feel 2 weeks is not out of the norm, however if it goes toofarpast that, well I would be one the phonewith Botech because someone dropped the ball. I only have about 70 arrows thru my new Ally and thanks to your post I will be paying close attention to mine.
I can say boy do these things shoot sweet.
