I personally think Bowtech would keep getting my bow back until they resolved it. You should not have to place washers etc. in there. If there needs to be washers, let Bowtech do it. Paying as much as these bows cost and having to modify something right out of the box is uncalled for.
Its sort of like buying a car and havnig to install lug nuts to drive it.
Like buying good quality string and cables to put on a brand new bow that came out of the box with junk on it?
