Well fellas, its approaching the 2 week mark and still no limbs from Bowtech. To say I'm a little disapointed is an understatment. I posed a question on AT regarding the length of time for warrenty parts. WWAG said two weeks. I was hoping he was either being conservative or was wrong.

I'm hoping this is worth the wait, however, I was in the middle of shooting league scores when this came about. I really enjoy shooting my Bowtech's and love seeing them prosper and grow. But man, if they can't get a customer's warrenty parts out any quicker than that......

I really hope I'm not being unreasonable. I'm pretty sure my shop did get in touch with them Monday evening. I try being as understanding as possible. But I honestly think 2 weeks to get parts is a little too long IMO.
Here's a copy/paste of what I said on AT;

"I'll bet it will be a few weeks,, they are VERY busy with all the new products and getting them to the dealers that are wanting to close many sales orders. I know that you've bought one of their new model bows, but it's just the way it will probably be for a while. Can't you keep shooting the bow until the parts get in? It was a cam slightly rubbing the inside of the limb right?" Note that I said "I'll bet". This is in no way a time quote form BowTech and is only my guess on how long it MIGHT take based on my very limited experience with BowTech's customer service. I don't work for Bowtech so I really can only take a guess, offer support for your wait and offer a suggestion on what to do. If it were my bow and I was missing out on shooting a league with it, I'd just shoot it and let it keep rubbing until more wear started to show. I'm sure you are disappointed but it won't help to create all this buzz about an issue on two forums that is being taken care of,, as far as we know. I might even have an issue with my new Guardian after I get it but I won't be involving others with my plight in resolving it with BowTech,, should it happen.
