The archery liscence should come with an antlerless tag. The antlerless tag would have to be filled prior to harvesting that AR buck. Doesn't NJ do that now? We could easily carry our share of the harvest with this system...couldn't we?
Oh, and give us an additional 2 weeks to do it, since we "have" to take at least one deer in order to harvest two.
We can keep the xguns and rifles out of archery season that way too.
