Greg, I exchanged a few emails with 'K'--and he says his extractor will work. I'm looking at getting both the 3 & 4 blade for myself as I just have a weakness for tools--not so much sticking trees .
But like you've mentioned--there's only one real way we can find out and I plan on doing that, when I get the tool in my hand.
