I truely love the 280, I will be getting the 50th edition 700 in 280, it's an LSS and not the mountain rifle. Ammo is a sore spot in my life which has made me a handloader. I have a 35 whelen, 300 win mag, that will knock down whatever walks inNorth America,but the 280 is my ideal deer round with a 140 grain Accubond or Sierra gameking.
