MBR Stabilizer ?

When shooting MBR you can only have a 12” stabilizer from point of attachment. So my question is can you use a fuse axiom sidekick stabilizer? It is a one piece stabilizer that offsets it and has a part of it that sticks back too. Can this be used since it is still less then 12” over all length?
