I lived in Pa and poaching was a big problem. I used to find deer with just the backstraps cut out or the head and straps. Now I live in NC and am working with our Wildlife Commission to make them some robo-deer, I have to ask them about turkey.
we had guy here last year IN wmu2g in pa.shot robo deer in morning,they moved it and in afternoon, he shot it again..guess what his comment was,WHERE DID I HIT IT THIS TIME..
you never catch the REAL POACHERS shooting the robo deer, you get road hunters,poacher is home in bed,they do their work at night or after season is over or before season..it was so bad the camp owners stopped putting corn in feeders near their camps..the poachers were sitting on their camp porch,shooting deer with 22 cal ,left their shells on floor in DAYLIGHT IN FEB/MARCH,after season is closed..
