This will make hunters look good carrying bow in one hand and bambi in the other. You know that many of the hunters that get 10+ tags in our wonderful state don't discriminate what doe they shoot first deer with horns less than 3 inches or no horns is getting shot. These hunters will then go on to another DMAP or DMU and shoot another doe and so on.
